Coach Jim Saret, an international sports training consultant and a training coach in Biggest Loser (Pinoy Edition, ABS-CBN) demonstrated to us how to maximize the use of Phiten products and taught us how to do full body workout in 4 minutes even without the use of any sports equipment. He also encourages everyone to maintain an active lifestyle while sustaining a fit mind and body.

I have discovered Phiten products some years ago and learned that the titanium content helps the body stretch and move with ease.
