MLAP announces a call for submission for an upcoming exhibit ---> extended till Oct. 31, 2009

My Little Art Place will once again open its doors to Visual Artists to showcase their works in a group show this November 2009. After the huge success of Malaya, the group show last June, MyLAP decided to organize another group show to close off the year and welcome another with vigor and excitement.

The show will be dubbed as ART IS LIFE! All visual artists are welcome to join using any medium and highlight any subject. Artists are given the freedom to choose their own concept for their artwork. The opening cocktails will be on November 14, 2009 at My Little Art Place and will run for the whole month. We are targeting around 100 artists to join us and showcase their works.

Participants are given a maximum of 4 artworks works per artist with the size of 12” x 12” or smaller already including frame. Any medium can be utilized on any surface and about any subject. Works can be submitted with or without a frame. Digital Art and Photography would only comprise 30% of all artworks. Joining fee is P150 to cover for the food & drinks for the opening and for the use of the gallery space for one whole month.
