tvN Asia presents One Night Food Trip (Season 2) exploring food destinations in the Philippines

Asia’s craziest food contest returns to the Philippines as One Night Food Trip (International Edition) enters its second season on tvN Asia. This time, K-pop heartthrobs Nichkhun of boy band 2PM and actor-host Alexander “Xander” Lee face off against celebrity cousins Danica Sotto-Pingris and Ciara Sotto in a culinary frenzy around the country. One Night Food Trip – International Edition will fly exclusively with Cebu Pacific for the entire second season.

Beauty Queens Maggie & Parul win The Amazing Race Asia Season 5 (2016)

Pinoy power reigned supreme last December 15 as AXN crowned Filipino beauty queens Maggie Wilson-Consunji and Parul Shah winners of The Amazing Race Asia Season 5 (2016). 

In the gripping finale episode, Maggie and Parul arrived first at the pit stop in Bali with just minutes to spare having survived challenges in 6 countries, 12 cities and over 12,000 kilometres, beating 10 other teams to claim the ultimate USD100,000 cash prize. 

Pinoy Big Brother 737: PBB Housemates (2015)

Some of the Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) 737 Housemates were revealed already on June 15-19, 2015 on ABS-CBN shows like TV Patrol, It's Showtime, Aquino & Abunda Tonight, etc. The opening night was held on June 20, 2015 and seven (7) housemates had already entered the house.

Pinoy Big Brother started in 2005 and since then, the show had 5 regular seasons, 2 celebrity editions, and 3 teen editions. The 5th edition of the regular season was composed of a mixture of various age groups, including those housemates who entered the house in the middle of the program. 

Daniel Kenji Matsunaga is Pinoy Big Brother All-In Grand Winner (Season 5)

Model-Actor Daniel Kenji Matsunaga is the Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) All-in Grand Winner revealed today, August 24, 2014, in PBB All-in Big Night held at the Resorts World Manila Theater in Pasay City.

The 18 Housemates were presented last April 27, 2014. Daniel was not part of the original 18 housemates, together with the elevator girl Cheridel Alejandrino, who were both added as house guests  after a few weeks of the show's running on TV. Daniel and Cheridel were both declared as official housemates after passing a series of tasks assigned by Kuya (Big Brother).

Pinoy Big Brother Season 5: PBB All-In Housemates (2014)

The new Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) All-In Housemates 2014 (Season 5) are revealed today, April 27, 2014 on ABS-CBN network in ASAP, Buzz ng Bayan and finally in PBB All-In Kick-Off opening night.

Pinoy Big Brother started in 2005 and since then, the show had 4 regular seasons, 2 celebrity editions, and 3 teen editions. So far, the Big Brother house has witnessed the lives of 180 housemates in all. With PBB's Season 5, new 18 housemates will take part in the challenges and trials of real life in the house. Who do you think will win the hearts of many so as not to be evicted?

A total of 229 individuals were shortlisted out of over 44,000 auditionees. 22 of which were presented to the management of the show for final casting. Of the 229 shortlisted, 11 came from the Davao audition, 22 from the Cebu audition, 138 from the Manila audition, 22 from online audition, and 3 were referrals.

The biggest surprise probably was the 18th and last housemate. Instead of being one of the co-hosts of Pinoy Big Brother, she now became one of the housemates. Even her sister, host Toni Gonzaga, was shocked of the revelation. 

Hosted by Toni Gonzaga, Bianca Gonzalez, Robi Domingo, and John Prats, Pinoy Big Brother All-In premieres on April 28, 2014 and is shown every weeknights on ABS-CBN network, replacing the recently concluded Biggest Loser Doubles (Pinoy Edition). Laurenti Dyogi directs the reality show.
