Brillante Mendoza Presents: PANATA on TV5

Award-winning director Brillante Mendoza creates another series of made for TV movies on TV5 network. PANATA is the first episode in the line-up under Brillante Mendoza Presents. This episode takes us back to the early years of Martial Law set in the province of Marinduque. "Panata" gives us the glimpse of the religious fervor of Filipinos depicted through one of the most popular Lenten rites, the Moriones.

A showcase of Chinese Paintings on Lanterns by Chan Lim Family of Artists & Students

SM City North EDSA proudly unveiled over 100 hand-painted lanterns by the notable Chan Lim Family of artists and students with their exhibition dubbed as "A New Light of Prosperity" which runs from January 24 to February 11, 2016 at The Atrium in The Block building.

Lanterns are known as traditional decoration for the Chinese arts & culture and are being widely used in important grand celebrations. The mall presents a beautiful collection and arrangement of hand-painted lanterns to kick off the Chinese New Year festivity.
