Starbucks Manager shows arrogance and rudeness to customers


This happened in Starbucks branch on Grand Avenue 86-51, Broadway Elmhurst, New York 11373 on May 12, 2015 (Tuesday). The manager's name is Melissa, who treats customers so badly as if she's a powerful woman. She called the cop and the cop told the Chinese lady customer to just complain online because nothing good will happen in the store. 

Melissa shows her bad attitude all the time. Too much pride in her just because she IS the manager. How can the Starbucks Management allow this woman under their employment? This kind of rude behavior is totally uncalled for. The management should do something about it, have a disciplinary sanction, and eventually fire her for ruining the customer relationship and putting the brand in a bad spotlight.
